The Construction Labourer /General hand, supports the delivery of high-quality:
- Concrete Pools
- Fibreglass Pools
- Pre-cast Concrete Pools
- Associated landscaping.
This role is hands-on and site-based, assisting supervisors and trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Dynamic Pool Designs’ quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Site Support: Assist supervisors, trades, and construction teams on active sites.
- General Labouring: Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, cleaning, and material handling.
- Preparation Works: Support site set-out, excavation preparation, and base works.
- Trade Assistance: Provide support to steel fixers, concreters, tilers, plumbers, and landscapers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
- Site Presentation: Maintain clean, organised, and safe work environments.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all WHS policies and procedures.
- Communication: Report issues, hazards, or delays to supervisors promptly.
- Customer Awareness: Maintain respectful and professional behaviour on client sites.
