Keep in mind that council applications (especially in the Northern Rivers) can take up anywhere from 2 to 6 months, depending on your local council and site requirements.

So if you want to be swimming this year, please read the details below on how best to prepare and then contact us asap!

Before you give us a call, here is some of the information and questions that we will ask you, so best to be prepared!

1. Where are you located? - Currently, we are only accepting new enquiries from the following council areas. Tweed Shire, Byron Shire, Ballina Shire and southern parts of the Gold Coast - (from Robina south to Coolangatta)
    
2. Custom Concrete, Fibreglass or Pre-Cast Concrete? - Each pool style has great advantages and we can help you decide which style with suits your site best. Fibreglass and Pre-Cast concrete have faster installation times and we may be able to get you swimming quicker with these options!
    
3. Pool Type & Design? - Do you have any specific requirements for your pool design? ie: Needs to be out of the ground, sloping site, pool size or shape. If you have any plans for your property or details of any sewer or easements please let us know.
    
4. Building or renovating a new home? - If you're building a pool in conjunction with a new house or renovation, make sure you let us know this information as sometimes we may need to chat and coordinate with your builder!
    
5. Budget? - Considering a budget will help our sales team ensure we can design your dream pool without blowing the budget! Our pool projects generally start from approx $40K+. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality products with exceptional service, from sales to swim!
    
6. Council Approved? - If you have already started the process with the council or are currently approved for your project, be sure to send us the details so we can fast-track the process for you.
    
7. Timeframe? - Give yourself a realistic timeframe and understand that even though covid lockdowns are a thing of the past, supply shortages and delays have been getting worse in the construction industry. Allow up to 6+ months from phone call to splash!
